This workshop addresses parliamentary procedure from the perspective of a presiding officer using the CSAP Bylaws and Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised as sources. Topics include pre-meeting preparation, carrying motions, facilitating debate, addressing member concerns, and the roles and responsibilities of the Secretary during meetings.
